Worried About Your Relationship?

Find out how Relationship Therapy Can Turn Your Relationship Around.

If you’ve made your way to this Relationship Therapy page, you’re likely feeling a lot of pain in your relationship. Perhaps the conflict has become unbearable, or maybe it’s the distance and disconnection that you can no longer tolerate.

If you are like most couples that partake in Couples Relationship Therapy, you can most likely relate to some of the following:

You are not communicating effectively. You are frustrated and distressed.
Trust has vanished from your relationship.
Stress due to children, work, finances, family pressures or illness is damaging your relationship.
One or both of you have contemplated or threatened to leave the relationship.
You and your partner are struggling with sexual problems that are causing dissatisfaction in your relationship.
You or your partner are dissatisfied with you sex life; you feel like you have become more like housemates; your libido styles are mismatched; you’re anxious about your performance; or one of you spends a lot of time on internet pornography or social media.
You or your partner has had an affair. You’re either reeling in feelings of betrayal, riddled with guilt for what you have done, and/or unsure of how and if you can repair the damage.
One or both of you has had a difficult personal history that makes your relationship dynamic more challenging (e.g. childhood trauma, difficult relationships, depression, anxiety, addiction issues, or mental illness).

Couples Relationship Therapy is suited for any type of couple from a domestic partnership, long-term relationships and married couples. Research shows that couples often wait until very late in the game to seek intervention and in a lot of cases result in, one or both parties, calling it quits. If you’re part of a couple in distress, you may feel that there’s no way out of your troubled relationship. Myths about the low success rates of couples therapy and counselling only make your situation seem worse than it is.

There are many types of therapy available to couples, which require a different skill set to therapy for individuals, including the behavioral approach, emotional approach and evidence-based approach. Couples Relationship Therapy is a structured and progressive coaching therapy that combines all three approaches with the foundation based on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and mBit (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques). It differs from your traditional Psychology and Counselling therapies and is purely result-oriented.
